Your data

The order process

We collect and store the following personal data as part of the checkout process: telephone number, mobile operator, IP address and e-mail address (if provided). This data is retained for up to 1 year in order to provide customer service, and improve our products and offerings.

E-mail address

By providing your e-mail address during our checkout process you are allowing us to send you e-mails regarding that transaction only (unless you contact us directly through customer support).

Outgoing e-mails are processed by our e-mail provider, Sendgrid and your e-mail address is also held in this system.

Email messages that we send may contain trackable links or similar server technologies in order to monitor activity within email messages. Where used, such messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, and geographic data.

Mobile airtime providers

We integrate with a variety of third party mobile operators and airtime providors in order to fulfil your order. We share the following information with these providers: phone number (MSISDN) and mobile operator (ie. Vodafone, AT&T or Orange).
